I didn't know this company, but I gave them a chance. Thank God I did!!! Not only did they make my dreams come true on a Property at Lake Texoma in Oklahoma, they were so nice to deal with! I bothered Jason several times with many questions, and he treated me like we were friends since high-school. I just signed my 2nd contract from Bubs Land, and this time the property is in Texas. This is a *Real Deal* company that sells affordable land with phenomenally "or my hillbilly self would say" cheap as all get out interest rates. The price of the land we purchased was fair, they made all of the information they had easily accessible, and exercised a level of candor that I find rare these days. I'm an attorney by trade and was pleasantly surprised when reviewing the initial contract after my partner and I decided on our parcel, no surprises and easy to digest. I could go on, but based on my experience I would highly recommend reaching out if something catches your eye. Obviously one should do their due diligence but they were very amenable and patient while I did so.
