Buying land from us is simple. Browse our available properties, choose the lot you love, and either pay cash or choose our easy owner financing options. We handle all the paperwork in house, and most purchases can be completed online in just a day or two.
We sell vacant rural and recreational land across the United States. Some properties are unrestricted, while others are located in communities with amenities such as lakes, camping, or other HOA amenities. Property sizes range from small camping lots to larger buildable acreage.

Yes. We use actual property photos whenever possible. Some listings may also include nearby area photos or drone images to help show the surrounding area.

No credit check. Everyone qualifies.
Down payments vary by property, but many start as low as a few hundred dollars. The exact payment options are listed directly on each property page.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no application fees, doc fees, closing costs, processing fees, or prepayment penalties.
Yes. There are no prepayment penalties. If you pay the property off within 12 months, we will honor the cash price.
Your payment amount and due date are clearly listed in your land contract. Payments can be made online using ACH, Zelle, Cash App, or credit/debit card.
We accept ACH bank transfer (no fee), Zelle, Cash App, and credit and debit cards. Please note that card payments include a 3% processing fee.
Vacant land taxes are usually very low compared to residential homes. Estimated annual taxes are included on most property pages.
We keep it simple for you. Your annual property taxes, and HOA/POA dues when applicable, are prorated and included in your monthly payment. We then pay those bills directly to the county and HOA/POA when they come due. That means you get one predictable monthly payment that covers everything.

Ownership & Title
Cash buyers receive their deed shortly after purchase. For owner-financed purchases, the deed is issued once the property is paid in full.
Most properties are conveyed with a warranty deed unless otherwise stated.
Yes. We perform our own title research and verify ownership before selling a property.
Yes. Once the property is paid off, we can usually prepare the deed in the name of your choosing.
No. We handle the transaction directly and prepare the paperwork in house. However, you are always welcome to involve your own attorney or agent if you wish.

Yes. We offer a 30-Day Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not happy with your property, we will refund your money. Cash purchases are final and are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Life happens, and if you can no longer continue to make your payments, please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to help. If you still decide to cancel, just let us know. You will not owe the remaining balance, and there are no collections or hard feelings.
